"BodyBoxing/SafeBoxing" is the very closet thing to conventional boxing you'll ever do, and for anyone wanting to get in elite physical condition.

First you learn perfectly balanced footwork, and then we will teach you the four basic boxing punches, that will include the jab, power hand, hook, and uppercut.

 

Then we will turn on my electronic timer, and we will take you through a two minute round while you learn how to throw the fore mentioned punches against a pair of hand pads worn by us, as we move on our feet, dancing the boxers two step.

 

We will call out for a punch, or a combination of punches against a pair of hand pads and body pads.
