elite physical condition.
It's for the person, male or female,

how to fight boxing style, never be

physically condition themselves to
levels never thought possible.
First you learn
perfectly balanced footwork, and
then we will teach you the four
basic boxing punches, that will
include the jab, power hand, hook,
and uppercut.
Then we will
turn on my electronic timer, and we
will take you through a two minute
round while you learn how to throw
the fore mentioned punches against a
pair of hand pads worn by us, as we
move on our feet, dancing the boxers
two step.
We will call
out for a punch, or a combination of
punches against a pair of hand pads
and body pads.
