First you learn
perfectly balanced footwork, and then
we will teach you the four basic
boxing punches, that will include the
jab, power hand, hook, and uppercut.
Then we will turn
on my electronic timer, and we will
take through a two minute round while
you learn how to throw the fore
mentioned punches against a pair of
hand pads worn by me, as we move on
our feet, dancing the boxers two step.
We will call
out for a punch, or a combination of
punches against a pair of hand pads
and body pads.

and the correct way to hit the heavy
bag.
Boxing 101 combines basic boxing
