BOX-2B-FIT BOXING CLUBS has developed a style of exercise that incorporates boxing techniques initially, then graduates into a taught ability by actually fighting like a real boxer.

 

It's for the person, male or female, that obtains that desire to learn how to fight boxing style, never be struck in the head or about the face, build a  never thought possible level of confidence, and physically condition themselves to levels never thought possible. 

 

First you learn perfectly balanced footwork, and then we will teach you the four basic boxing punches, that will include the jab, power hand, hook, and uppercut.

 

Then we will turn on my electronic timer, and we will take through a two minute round while you learn how to throw the fore mentioned punches against a pair of hand pads worn by me, as we move on our feet, dancing the boxers two step.

 

We will call out for a punch, or a combination of punches against a pair of hand pads and body pads.

Learn the basic punches, correct footwork, basic patterns of movement, and the correct way to hit the heavy bag.

Boxing 101 combines basic boxing instruction with a challenging and fun group workout.

Boxing 101 is for the average person that is looking for a boxing class that will teach you basic footwork, how to properly throw a punch and to block and counter-punch.

In Boxing 101 you will also learn to use the bags the pro's use, the Speed Bag, Heavy Bag and the Double End Bag.

You will learn early that this sport is physically and psychologically demanding. Meeting the physical demands in training the aerobic and anaerobic energy systems and the mastering of ringmanship present an exciting challenge to athletes.
