BOX-2B-FIT BOXING CLUBS have been a huge hit with adults and kids alike! Our group classes are 60 & 90 minutes long and you get plenty of personal attention.

You’ll get in “fightin’ shape” through a traditional boxing workout, including calisthenics, stretching, shadow boxing, double bag drills, heavy bag, speed bag, abdominal work and more! It’s not only a great workout, it’s a great confidence builder and great workout.
