TABATA BOOT CAMP TRAINING is a fun and challenging class that uses Kettlebells, Battling Ropes and Boxing Fitness in combination with plyometrics, body weight exercises and other high octane drills to get you lean in no time.

You will absolutely not find a more motivating and supportive environment in Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina for working out.

We are a tight knit team of individuals that each provide extraordinary support and guidance to each other.

TABATA BOOT CAMP TRAINING is the only one that designed primarily for fat loss. And only for fat loss.

This is for the beginner to get accustomed with kettlebells and any exercise program.

Kettlebells are not easy to get started with, you just don't pick one up and start swinging.

It's all about correct form and body awareness.

During this session one of our certified instructors will teach you the basic kettlebell exercises, so you are ready for our fast paced and challenging classes.

Proper form and technique are taught in this class. Come prepared to learn!

Learn the fundamentals of kettlebell lifting. Find out what a kettlebell is and what its unique properties are.

TRIANGLE KETTLEBELLS BEGINNER/Fundamentals will help you to discover when to use kettlebells instead of dumbbells or something else.

This hands-on fundamental training workshop will teach you the fundamentals of kettlebell training as well as how to safely and effectively incorporate kettlebells into a training program for yourself.

Learn the basics of swings, cleans, snatches, squats, and more. Objectives:

1. Learn the fundamentals of kettlebell usage

2. Learn how to incorporate kettlebell training into existing programs

When exercising below maximum oxygen consumption (i.e., not going to failure), the comparatively small muscle mass of the arms, along with the need to recruit trunk stabilizers and lower body synergists, make upper body exercise a greater challenge to your cardiovascular system than equivalent lower body exercise.
