atmosphere. Classes are fun,
energetic and professional.
Our classes cover all aspects of
Muay Thai and/or Thai Kickboxing
in a safe and controlled
environment.
Training in
Muay Thai and/or Thai Kickboxing
includes skipping
rope, techniques on the Thai pads,
sparring and ring tactics. Students
learn to punch, kick, clinch, and knee.
Our classes are "ALIVE". No
standing still, no punching air, no
practicing against "imaginary
opponents". Alive means that we train
against a resisting opponent.
As you train more, you will find an
increase in your ability to focus, fight
through fatigue, and manage fear, all
while you get into great shape,
mentally, emotionally and physically.
