You will follow the bell through traditional "rounds" 2 or 3 minutes of hard heart pumping fun with 1 minute of rest in between rounds.

A typical workout generally includes:

  1. Warm-ups and stretching.

  2. 1-2 rounds of shadowboxing to check your technique and form as well as for aerobic conditioning.

  3. 3-4 rounds on the heavy bag to learn proper technique for power and build upper body strength.

  4. 3 rounds on the speed bag to work on eye-hand coordination and hand speed.

  5. 3 rounds with the double-end bag to work on your balance and moving your upper body and head.

  6. Mitt work to learn and execute your combination.

  7. 3 rounds of jump rope for conditioning and footwork.

  8. 1-2 round of shadow boxing to work out any problems with your technique uncovered during the workout.

  9. Calisthenics: abdominal exercise, push ups, chin ups, dips.

Free weights and machines are also included in a work out.
